asking me, my sense, from the feed of the hearing as it was coming in (you can see on Twitter as I live-tweeted it at the time using the hashtag #BetShemeshBagatz ) that they were not impressed with any of the arguments presented by the petitioners and it seems they regularly cut them off for not presenting any new arguments worthy of consideration. it was just my sense, and really anything can happen.
Is there any sense as to how they are more likely to rule?
