Sigh. How sad. One of my fondest memories (not!) is traipsing downtown every year after receiving a letter threatening legal sanctions, and explaining repeatedly that we don't own a television, and shouldn't have to pay a levy on it. Eventually they would get it, and cancel our accrued debt. Until next time. Good riddance.
Unfortunately, I am skeptical that they'll put anything better in place instead of the IBA. But as Shlomo Carlebach would say, 'you never know'.

I would love to hear your comments about the article in chadash which was reprinted from maariv about the "wide ranging" fraud in the BS elections.
