almost as long as BIbi!
Voters in Russia just approved a constitutional amendment, among others, that will allow President Vladimir Putin to theoretically stay in office until the year 2036.
By then he'll be in office nearly as long as Bibi!
Of course, if that's the will of the people, so be it....
