Netanyahu is hostage to his more extreme coalition members, and there is nothing he can do about it. While he says we have to act against the Settler violence they say no emergency session was called when Jews were being killed and if it is ok for Arabs to rampage it is ok for Jews as well...and there seems to be, so far, nothing he can do about it.

EY is the Yehudi country, in case anyone has forgotten. Keep the citizenry safe and secure and there would be no violence. Violence from the Jewish side comes only because the govt. is worrying about the enemy and not its people. Self defense and security is a normal and natural reaction. There would not be any violence from the Jewish side and everyone knows that if the Jewish citizens were protected and the enemy knows there will be retribution.
