Helen Thomas tells the Jews where to go (video)
Helen Thomas, the 90 year old senior White House news correspondent, and senior columnist for the Hearst Newspaper corporation, mouthed off during a brief interview with Rabbi David Nessenoff.
When he asked her recently what she thinks about Israel, she told them to get the hell out of Palestine... and the Jews should go home, back to Germany, and Poland, America and everywhere else.
Do people not think before they speak? Does she not realize that her words, which are being recorded, travel the world instantaneously? Maybe she is just too old and senile and just isn't aware? Her being of Lebanese descent - her parents were Lebanese immigrants to the US - perhaps it is just her bias coming out.

I think that being in her position (she's been covering presidents since Eisenhower), she probably feels that she has earned enough "capital" to speak her mind a bit without having to worry about the consequences.
