QOTD

At this critical time, when the State of Israel is facing existential dangers from our enemies, I call upon all the sides involved to display restraint, to honor the law and to solve the problem in peaceful and pleasant ways..

--- PM Bibi Netanyahu

Netanyahu spoke out for the first time regarding the fight in Emannuel, in anticipation of expected hafganot tomorrow. Talk about saying something without saying anything...

  1. Talk about saying something without saying anything...

But what else would you suggest he say that wouldn't inflame one side or another even more?

  3. Actually, I think he hit the nail on the head.

The most horrifying irony of this week is a judicial system, press and public who just can't understand what the world and "international law" want with us, at the same time cheering on this quite scary miscarriage of justice and abuse of democracy against our own people!

The fact that ppl expect BB to "defend the court" and judge his statement by that standard, shows just who is really in charge of the country and just what is wrong with it.

    Me too!

But I suspect that the problem stems from public funding of schools with no public oversight.
