  1. This looks like an important initiative - and very much needed in RBS, where child abuse has been a major problem - and little understood.

Kol Hakavod Magen, in this and your future programs!

  3. Why does our community need this talk?
We don't have child abuse here - it is unthinkable that a frum person would do such a thing.
And, if it does happen, our rabbonim are dealing with it.

    Anon,

Our rabbonim are so busy dealing with child protectors(by banning tzedaka organizations),dealing with evil high schools and mikve issues that they don't have time to deal with a petty thing like a child abuser.

    Rafi,

While I agree with you in principle someone has to say what RBS did.
If we continue to bury our heads in the sand the problem will only worsen.

  7. it has all been said a dozen and a half times that the topic has come up here in the past. Hopefully it will never need to be brought up again, but if it will you can be sure all this will be said again.

In the meantime, saying it here adds nothing.
