Jerusalem to remain stateless

A couple  years ago Menachem Zivotovsky went on a mission to change the world. The judge said, "the president exclusively holds the power to determine whether to recognize a foreign sovereign".

The Zivotovsky's are considering appealing to the Supreme Court.
