I don't know if the suggestion below is right or wrong, more on point or less than any other suggestions (including the one referenced). That is way above my pay-grade. My point in bringing this here is to point out that there are always other ways to look at these things. People who insist on knowing the cause of events like this generally have an agenda they are pushing and are blind to any other options.
