The establishment of the yeshiva has once again turned Acco into a city that Jews want to go to... The establishment of the yeshiva in the city has helped to strengthen the trend of Judaizing the Galil region. There is nothing to be ashamed of in saying this! We want Jews to come to live in the Galilee just like we want them in the Negev, and you are helping me fulfill this vision in which I believe..
You let all of us know that whenever they will call out, you will be the first to respond and put yourselves on the front lines in assisting the fulfillment of the vision and the fulfillment of the mitzva of settling eretz yisrael.
