Nice job, Rafi, finding this and posting it - it's very inspiring, and has points from which just about anyone can take mussar. I had the honor of meeting Rabbi Weinreb last year, and found him to be a truly fine individual, full of Torah, knowledge of the world, common sense, and humility.

I too, have heard only wonderful things about R D Weinreb.
