MK Anastasia Michaeli Pours Water On Mk Raleb Majadale
Yesterday a Knesset committee was discussing the participation of a school in Arara in some march for human rights. Durng the heated exchange, while MK Raleb Majadale (LABOR) was talking, MK Anastasia Michaeli (Yisrael Beiteinu) threw a cup-full of water at him. Michaeli said afterwards that Majadale had insulted her and all women. While he is talking about Israel and it being a police state, she interrupts and argues with him about the Arabs being anti-Israel. he then told her to shut up. She says he disgraced the Knesset and her and needs to learn how to talk to women. I am not so sure her behavior glorified the Knesset...

Even though it probably wasn't the best thing to do, he deserved it...It was a Hollywood moment. Too bad the Kenneset Ethics Committee suspended her for 1 month. They should suspend him for that as well for his disparaging behavior. Apparently when they talk abt Hadrat Nashim it means only for those who have no parlimentary immunity.
