Oh, how very disturbing that ignorance of our people in our own Land, have no idea of their heritage, let alone, the Torah. What are they doing in Eretz Yisrael? Probably, most that were questioned are really not even real Jews. Even the ones who are supposedly religious had stupid answers. Very, very sad, because Torah Judaism has been ripped away from our people by those in 'leadership', who want to make sure that they have no knowledge of Jewish history and why they even live in the Land that Hashem gave to His children Yisrael. May H' wake them up for their own sakes, that their children and children's children do not get lost. How do those living in our G-D given Land not know they are the descendants of Shem, the son of Noach and to equate them with Cnaanim is a disgrace. The Cnaanim were pagans who sacrificed their children to their idols and were from Noah's son, Cham, and it was Yehuoshua Bin Nun who was commandeddby G-D Almighty to wipe these pagans off the face of the earth; so to ask such a vile question and get even worse answers should make every informed Jew cry! BTW, Avraham Avinu, the first Jew, was from what is known today to be Iraq (from Ur Kasdim and so was his wife, our Mother Sarah who was also his niece). Not to know this basic information for any Jews really hurts. H' Yerachem & forgive His people! This is what the galut did to our people and they have brought the galut into our hnoly Eretz Yisrael.
